An introduction to The Think Smart Project
Members were Introducted to the 'Think Smart Project'. They learnt about important key words to do with this subject just as, climate change, global warming and fossil fuels. We also looked at how we can extract these fossile fuels from the Earth but at what cost. This was demonstrated by using tooth picks and cookies.
During the session, members were introduced to the 'Think Smart Project', a program designed to raise awareness about environmental issues. The focus was on key concepts such as climate change, global warming, and the impact of fossil fuels on our planet. Participants engaged in discussions about the extraction of fossil fuels from the Earth and the associated environmental costs. To make the learning experience more interactive, a demonstration using toothpicks and cookies was conducted to illustrate the process and consequences of extracting these valuable resources. This hands-on activity allowed members to visually grasp the complexities and challenges involved in balancing energy needs with environmental sustainability.
